Internal Family Systems / Parts-Work
Ever notice how it feels like a different part of you takes over when you’re triggered, or like there’s an internal battle between versions of yourself?
These are just a few examples of when Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts-Work is super helpful to understand the different parts of you, what their roles are, and what they need to heal. This approach believes there are “no bad parts” and helps people develop greater self-compassion and a sense of wholeness. -

Attachment Theory
Do you wonder why you keep ending up in similar dynamics and repeating certain patterns in relationships - even when you really want to break them?
Welcome to Attachment Theory, which is an enlightening map that can help us better understand our relationships based on the ones we had with our caregivers. Through exploring your attachment style, we can work on developing more secure attachments and fostering healthier connections with others and ourselves. -

Brainspotting
Do you feel stuck and easily triggered by the trauma from your past? Brainspotting is a brain-body-based trauma processing therapy that can help clients feel a sense of release from experiences and emotions they are holding onto.
Brainspotting involves utilizing different eye positions to identify “brain spots” where trauma can be accessed and processed with the help of an attuned therapist. This type of therapy goes beyond talking and gets to the root cause so you can feel peace from your past. -

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Ever notice the amount of effort you put into avoiding uncomfortable thoughts and feelings? Well, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is here to help clients accept those thoughts and feelings, which frees up a lot more time and energy to actually live!
ACT aims to increase psychological flexibility, help you accept what’s outside of your control, connect you to your values, and empower you to take aligned steps toward a more meaningful life.
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
— Viktor Frankl
